The heating repair near me search is the whole game
Most owners think they are competing on the work. For a stranger with a phone, you are competing on what shows up before the work is ever seen.
Here are the five things that decide who gets the call — in order of how much they cost you.
- Emergency searches do not browse
Nobody with a dead furnace reads five websites. They tap the first result with reviews that look recent and real, and they call it.
- Recency is the whole signal
A company with reviews from this month looks like it is working right now. One with a quiet profile looks like it might be out of business.
- Every finished job is a review you never asked for
You were in a hundred basements this year. Almost none of them turned into something a stranger can read.
- Your competitor replies and you do not
Two companies, same rating. One has calm owner replies under every review. Homeowners notice who sounds like they would stand behind the work.
- Service area and hours are half the battle
If the profile does not say you cover that township or that you answer after hours, you never enter the running.
What I actually do about it
I get the Google Business Profile right — hours, services, service area, photos, the things that answer a stranger's questions before they call. I make the review ask automatic, so it happens at the moment the customer is happiest instead of whenever somebody remembers. I answer every review in your voice, calmly, including the bad ones. And I track where you show up for the searches that matter in your towns, so you can see it move.
What I will never do: write or script a customer's review, buy reviews, swap reviews, or promise you a position on Google. Nobody can promise that, and anybody who does is lying to you.
The offer
Month to month. No annual contract. If you do not see your standing improve in the first 30 days, you get every dollar back and we part as friends.
The HVAC company down the street is not better than you. They are easier to find.
That is a fixable problem, and it is the only one I work on.If you want to see where you come up for heating repair in the towns you actually cover
Tell me the business name and the town. I will look at what a stranger sees and tell you straight where you sit — the good and the bad.
